1 yellow cake mix
3/4 C. nuts (optional)
1 stick butter
1 box of powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Egg
Mix together cake mix, nuts (optional) and butter---press into a greased 9x13 pan
Mix powdered sugar, egg and cream cheese
Blend throughly and spread over bottom layer
Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 or until goldne brown
Cool and cut into squares!
