Hoisin Chicken Marinade

4 chicken breasts (boneless/skinless) or chicken tenders
1/2 lb. button mushrooms
1 C. oil
1/2 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. vinegar
2 T. honey
1 tsp. hoisin sauce
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
combine all ingredients and mix well. Cut chicken into 1" strips (or use tenders). Cover with marinade and marinade for 2-3 hours.
